Ethics of robotics

In the electrical engineering subject, there is an ethics that the engineer have to follow it.
There is a law called manufacturing of robots. This law can control the factories to use the robots to create beneficial items for the humans.
In the other side, this law do not control who is creating forbidden weapons that has serious effect.
Someone could mention that the people do not have the idea of the self drive and auto drive .for example, Tesla experience .
